These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 8bte ("8bte", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://8bte.cam/ (the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable promotional terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and players of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by a User in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

• "Platform" means the 8bte website located at https://8bte.cam/, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, software, services and features.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bet placement or transfer of funds associated with a User's Account.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other gaming product offered through the Platform.

To register for and use an Account on 8bte, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. 8bte strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8bte makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
4. Excluded Persons: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform by 8bte, or be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prevent your use of the Platform.
5. Personal Registration: You must be registering on your own behalf and for personal, non-commercial use only. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of features and services on 8bte, you are required to create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) Account per person. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Keep your Account login credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notify 8bte immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your login credentials.

8bte reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage through our KYC procedures. This may include requesting copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, 8bte grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree that in your use of the Platform you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Use the Platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any related systems or networks;
• Not use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or other software to access or interact with the Platform without 8bte's prior written authorisation;
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or interferes with other Users' enjoyment thereof;
• Not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a business entity without express written permission from 8bte.

6.1 Supported Methods. The Platform may support various deposit methods. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and must be confirmed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. The mention of any payment provider in these Terms or elsewhere on the Platform does not imply that the provider endorses gambling or is affiliated with 8bte.

6.2 Currency. Accounts may operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as displayed in the Platform cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, will be displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

6.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Users may request to set lower personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling tools available in their Account settings.

6.4 Verification. 8bte reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional review.

6.5 Declined Transactions. 8bte is not responsible for any fees, charges or consequences arising from declined payment transactions, including any fees imposed by your payment service provider. Users should consult their payment provider's own terms regarding the permissibility of transactions to gaming platforms.

7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Users who have completed the required KYC verification process. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

7.2 Method Consistency. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability for withdrawals. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at 8bte's discretion following verification.

7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to applicable processing windows. Estimated timeframes are provided in the cashier and are illustrative only — actual processing may vary depending on third-party payment provider timelines.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

7.5 Right to Review. 8bte reserves the right to review and delay any withdrawal request for compliance, KYC or security purposes. Users will be notified of any additional documentation requirements. Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

8.1 Promotional Offers. 8bte may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly published at the time the promotion is offered.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible game contributions and any time limits will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.

8.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on an Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being voided.

8.4 Abuse. 8bte reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings and restrict or close Accounts where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional conditions rather than engage in genuine gameplay.

8.5 Modification. 8bte reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with changes applied prospectively. Any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to in-progress wagering will generally be honoured under the original terms.

9.1 Acceptance of Bets. 8bte reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse, limit, restrict or void any Wager placed on the Platform without being required to provide reasons for such decision.

9.2 Odds and Prices. All betting odds and prices are subject to change until the time a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of Wager confirmation are the odds that apply to that Wager. 8bte is not liable for errors in odds caused by technical faults or human error; manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at 8bte's discretion.

9.3 Void Bets. Wagers may be declared void where: the event to which the Wager relates is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; an event is found to have been manipulated; or where 8bte determines that the Wager was placed as a result of an error in odds presentation.

9.4 Sports Betting. Specific rules applicable to individual sports and betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other covered sports — are published in the sports rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

9.5 Casino and Live Games. Specific rules for slot games, live dealer tables, instant games and other casino products are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. Where a conflict arises between general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

9.6 Disconnection and Technical Faults. 8bte is not liable for internet disconnections, device failures or third-party technical issues that may affect Wager placement or game play. Where a technical fault affects the determination of a result, the affected round or bet may be voided.

• Opening multiple Accounts or operating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using any software, algorithm, automated tool or exploit to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Placing Wagers in relation to any event where you have or may have access to material non-public information that could influence the outcome;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel provided by 8bte.

All Content available on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets and data — is owned by or licensed to 8bte and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8bte or the relevant rights holder.

The 8bte name, logo and related marks are trademarks of 8bte. Unauthorised use of any 8bte trademark, trade name or service mark is prohibited.

13.1 No Warranties. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8bte makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

13.2 Service Interruption. 8bte does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical failures or third-party outages may affect Platform availability. 8bte is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

13.3 Loss of Funds. 8bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any gambling losses or disputes over game outcomes, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13.4 Third Parties. The Platform may reference or interact with third-party payment providers, game content suppliers and other service providers. 8bte is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors or technical issues of any third party.

14.1 By 8bte. 8bte reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC requirements; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; or where continued operation of the Account presents a legal, compliance or reputational risk.

14.2 Consequence of Closure for Cause. Where an Account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned subject to KYC completion and applicable compliance reviews.

14.3 By the User. Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled in the normal course and verified real-money balances will be returned to the User through available withdrawal methods.

14.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period may be subject to dormancy policies, including administrative fees or closure. Users will be notified in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements before any dormancy action is taken.

8bte reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage Users to review these Terms periodically.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8bte operates. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. 8bte will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

16.3 User Responsibility. Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may govern their use of this Platform. 8bte does not provide legal advice and strongly encourages users to seek independent legal counsel regarding the legal status of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction.
